Kathryn Buntin provides a unique and powerful combination of technical expertise and intuitive skill. She provides massage & Reiki,  separately and in combination. She has special interest in helping clients address the body - mind connection,as well as specific pain/restrictions and/or chronic body issues that seem to come from nowhere. She strives to create a comfortable, safe space in which all levels of your being can transform as desired. She has successfully aided clients with back/hip pain resulting from chronic travel, TMJ disorders, migraines, all stages of pregnancy, plantar fasciitis, emotional manifestations in the body, and joint injuries.

During each massage session Kathryn stays in touch with you regarding pressure to ensure optimum results and comfort. Her deep tissue includes slow, deeply relaxing and incredibly therapeutic strokes typically combined with insta-result sports moves. During each Reiki session she honors your desires to share or not share any images/feelings/insights you or she may perceive during the session. This communication often deepens your experience and understanding of the onset of an ailment or a potential path toward resolution. This increase in awareness of and communication with your body leads to a greater understanding of and control over your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The vision Kathryn has for her practice is one based on partnership with her clients and, when needed, with their other healthcare practitioners. Ultimately, she believes the broadest goal is to help the body-mind-soul connection find balance. Kathryn's integrative approach to body work includes Deep Tissue, Sports, Pre-Natal, Neuromuscular techniques, Swedish and Reiki. She offers 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions.

Kathryn received her massage certification in July 2006 from the accredited Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Co and her Reiki Master certification in April 2010 from Light Internal in Centennial, Co. She also completed four of five Avatar Consciousness courses, earning her Avatar Master certificate in July 2006.
